Nobody will know. That is the point.

Brows, lips and freckles that look like yours on a good day. Every result here is photographed healed, at eight weeks, because that is the one you live with.

Now in Cardiff

Our second room opened in Cardiff in 2024. Rhiannon runs it, with the same training, the same pigments and the same eight-week photograph.

The studios

In careful hands

Ada Kowalczyk trained every artist here herself. She spends most of her week on restorative work: scars, and areola restoration after surgery, free for anyone referred by the NHS.

Services

Create, soften or restore. Everything is done by hand or with a single needle, in the lightest pigment that will hold.

Two rooms, one standard. Bristol since 2019, Cardiff since 2024.

How we work

One needle, by hand

Most of what we do is done with a single needle and a hand tool, not a machine. It is slower, it is gentler on the skin, and it lets us place pigment one stroke at a time, which is how a brow ends up looking like hair rather than a shape.

The artists

Four people, one teacher

Every artist at Ada & Vale trained under Ada for at least a year before taking a client alone, and every one of them still brings their healed photographs to the Monday review. That is why the work looks the same in Cardiff as it does in Bristol.
